WE ARE A WASHINGTON STATE BASED 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO ENGAGE YOUTH, ARTISTS, AND COMMUNITIES IN THE CREATION OF PUBLIC ART THAT INSPIRES CONNECTIONS AND HONORS THEIR VOICES.
