Our work as collective giving leaders and community members often requires us to talk about topics that can feel uncomfortable -- race, class, gender identity, religious inclusion, and power dynamics just to name a few. In order to create more diverse and inclusive organizations, though, we must be able to have hard conversations with love and care. This webinar will offer a framework for "courageous conversations" and offer practical strategies for speaking, listening, responding, and more.
